Ossbis is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, public holidays, or other factors outside our control.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@ossbis.com with your order details and photos of the issue.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition to be eligible for return or exchange. We do not accept returns for change of mind.
